What we do

Initial assessment

One of our organisational culture experts will come and spend time with your people, and informally observe and understand the current culture and work environment.

We’ll then provide you with a confidential report, designed to help you grow (not criticise) and identify the areas of significant strength, as well as the areas you most want to focus on to cultivate a team / workplace where people flourish.

Support implementing change

Once you’ve reviewed the culture findings and prioritised what changes you’d like to see, we can support you and your team as you set about implementing changes, acting as an advisor and guide to the process. We can also create resources, templates or run workshops if you’d like.

We look at:

  • employee engagement + wellbeing

  • work relationships / environment

  • internal communication

  • leadership

  • how values align with everyday practice

  • ‘results’ and any potential factors that might be limited due to work culture.

Re-evaluation

A change is only successful if it’s sustainable, and has a positive impact. We come back at an agreed interval point to re-assess the culture, give impartial progress feedback, and any further helpful suggestions to keep you moving forward.
