…Our founder decided to start her own consultancy in 2017 - with the aim of broadening her reach and the variety of clients she could share her experience with. Over time, this has drawn in other talented ‘people professionals’ with various specialisms who also want to give their time and expertise to meaningful work.
Our story
We have plenty of corporate and SME experience, and also do a considerable amount of work with charities and NGOs. We use our skills and knowledge to make a positive difference to the working lives of the people and organisations we partner with, and to make a difference in broader society too; with our ethical, people-oriented approach to business growth.
By combining working with businesses and charities - plus sharing a percentage of our profits and time with charitable causes - we can be good for business, and good for people.
We now have the pleasure of advising and equipping leaders to grow and develop their organisations across multiple contexts - from Financial Services in central London to Humanitarian Aid organisations in South East Asia. We’d love to hear how we can help you!
